The Tea Party Patriot Express Cross Country Relay is coming to San Jose on Saturday, November 21 at 3:00pm. It will be a two hour rally to be held at one of the largest parks in San Jose . Let’s make sure the 10th largest city in the United States fills it. Tea Party Patriots will hit 50 cities in just 14 days, holding rallies in each city. We are on the White Route :

The San Jose Rally will be at the Children’s Discovery Park at the Discovery Meadow on the corner of West San Carlos and Woz Way . There will be folks from the Sean Hannity and Greta Van Susteren Shows on board.
This national TPP express relay is to shed light on the eco-tyranny being brought on our own Central Valley “farm country” or otherwise known as the Valley that Hope Forgot. The tour will shed light on the situation and stress the role of limited government. If this can happen in California , it can happen anywhere, and not just to agriculture, to any business – government encroachment can affect every aspect of your life.

Farmer Relief and Freedom Relay
This stop is one of the 55 stops of the Relay throughout the country that will work on raising citizens’ awareness and support for a legislation change.
From November 8th – 22nd, Tea Party Patriots™ are taking to the road on behalf of The Valley That Hope Forgot.
Would you believe it if you were told that the American government is forcing tens of thousands of California farmers to fight for their survival, all in order to protect a small 2 inch minnow? Well it is happening in the Valley that Hope Forgot.
The richest Valley in our Country, and certainly in the world has been transformed in a Dust Bowl. Its farmers are now starving!
The California farmers need our help — now.
The U.S. government is preventing them, in the Central Valley , from watering their crops. Their irrigation water has been shut off, because there might be a few tiny fish, smaller than sardines, in the water. These bureaucrats, who don’t have a clue about farming, think these tiny fish are more important than the people who have grown our food there for hundreds, if not thousands, of years.
The U.S. Congress shut off the water. The “Endangered Species Act” was their excuse. Thus creating a dust bowl like in the 1930s. The farmers are being starved out on their own land. It is like when Stalin literally starved millions of farmers to death on their own land in Russia . His government wanted the land. Is that what is happening here?
The California farmers are being forced into going to soup kitchens to eat. Many are bankrupt. Thousands of farm-related workers and businesses are unemployed, while more food is imported from foreign countries.
The Tea Party Patriots have decided to help. They have formed the Farmer Relief & Freedom Relay, which is traveling around the U.S. , along 3 routes, starting from the East Coast and ending in the Heart of the Central Valley on November 22nd, informing people about the problem, and trying to raise money, food and toys, to help. And, let’s all call the local media asking them to support this cause.
Contact your state and congressional politicians about this and tell them we need some common sense here. This is not a Democrat or Republican cause: it is Americans caring about Americans. It is common sense against eco-tyranny!
If we don’t take care of our own hardworking people who feed us, who will take care of us when our turn comes? This is a model of what will happen right in our backyard if Cap & Trade legislation passes and destroys the whole Energy Industry.
Time is running out. Unless legislation changes things in the next few weeks, before the end of 2009, it will be too late for the Farmers to get water for 2010!
