The group ACORN has shown us the way, not on purpose granted but still they have shown a light on the perfect way to shut down Pelosi care. It is called a Bill of attainder, A bill of attainder (also known as an act or writ of attainder) is an act of the legislature declaring a person or group of persons guilty of some crime and punishing them without benefit of a trial. Now tell me if refusing to get the government run healthcare, being fined 2.5 % of your income and the threat of imprisonment does not qualify, what exactly does? ACORN is claming that by revoking their funds congress has done as much to them even though it is written no where in the Constitution that we as tax payers must fund this group. Even though I do not see a case here for ACORN I do for the rest of the American people.
A bill of attainder fits not only with the threats levied by the healthcare bill, but also the hate crimes bill and any other bill in which they wish to threaten any American citizen with.. I submit to you that the government cannot know who has bought insurance without violating the privacy of every single American citizen, lest they opt to have citizens turn in citizens in which case that cover a whole new set of violations. In thus we make our case, first of all the Constitution and the Bill of rights gives them no authority what so ever to threaten our income or imprisonment if we do not accept their healthcare plan as such, such a bill is illegal and unconstitutional and must be met with swift and sure justice.

It is time we the American taxpayers have some justice and this time we may just be able to get it. These people will not listen to reason; they refuse to hear the voice of the people, so we the people will send the attorneys to put a stop to this bill. Can you imagine, being found guilty of not purchasing insurance. Can you imagine them allowing us a trial, much less a fair one? We must stop this bill and this just might be the way to do it…
