If you truly love your children and grandchildren this is a must read because it is a matter of whether they will become wards of the state or remain free as you have enjoyed but if this is interfering with your self-seeking pleasures delete it now, but once your freedoms are gone don’t come griping to anyone. It is this attitude that exposes the ignorance of many Americans.
Next week we will be swamped with info commercials that will interrupt your normal TV viewing with a sort of get out the message campaign (through the NEA National Endowments of the Arts using your tax money) from the networks and entertainment media. This is being pushed by the Obama administration to enlist you to help push his communist agenda for America with such things as his Marxist policies for healthcare and soon a big push for his cap and trade. I asked you to remember the facts he says that are being lied about concerning his healthcare will not be provided. The message will basically be they are lying to you but no effort to fuse in the direct correlation to the bill itself will be provided. The reason, because they don’t want you to know what it actually says. You are being asked to take him at his word with no proof in the pudding so to speak but below you will find what is really happening. I have to say this knowing some of you will get mad at me for saying these things but so be it because I am sick and tired of people taking party line positions and couldn’t care the least little bit whether the truth is being made. This is just as much my America as it is yours and both parties have lied and deceived us for far too long. Only a foolish person in this day and time takes any politician’s word for anything without as Reagan used to say “trust but verify”. If some of you are mad let me make you even madder I think every incumbent in Washington should be fired. This includes the good ones that are left because they surely accept all the pay raises while we struggle to make ends meet and benefits and are eager to seize on the humongous retirement benefits after only a few years of service that no one else in America gets other than their staffs. On top of that, the freebies your government is now giving you are going to disappear and then and only then will many of you rise up but it will be too late.
I am not against organzing or the community organizing concept. As a matter of fact I think we should do more of it because of the strength in numbers concept. What I am against is the federal government using the tax payer’s money from the left or right to push an agenda, especially when that money was supposed to used for job creation in all it facets rather than putting us in more debt than we already are. This is what unions do to their members whether they like it or not. The left or right has a right to their belief systems and shouldn’t approve of the federal govenment using their tax dollars to push an agenda they don’t agree with. This is called freedom of choice or it used to be before this communist took over the White House.
On September 10th of this year the Entertainment Industry Foundation (EIF) posted a press release informing the world that “from October 19-25, more than 60 network TV shows [will] spotlight the power and personal benefits of service,” and that this “unprecedented block of TV programming is the first wave of a multi-year ‘I Participate’ campaign.”
P.S. The federal government is constantly overstepping it’s boundaries constitutionally speaking and it is time all of us demand they walk in lock-step with it instead making law as they go. As you will see if you dare to read this whole healthcare and cap and trade has only one real goal and that is to tighten control over your life.The difference between what I say and what the conservative pundits say is huge because they will not call a spade a spade and I will. I am worried about offending you. I am more worried you won’t get the truth so you can make right judgments than anything else. They know he is a communist but are afraid to say it for some reason but I am not because whether you believe me or not I am going to tell you the truth and it is up to you as to whether you want to be set free or not. Always question things. For instance, why is this current congress willing to give up their authority to the Executive Branch of government? If you asked yourself this question it becomes obvious, they are helping to set up a total and complete dictatorship over your lives but if you don’t ask yourself or question these things you will stay in the dark and one day you will notice every facet of your life is being dictated. This is the ultimate goal of Satan and make no mistake about it he is in control of the government of the U.S.

Well, I have done it! I have read the entire text of proposed House Bill 3200: The Affordable Health=2 0Care Choices Act of 2009. I studied it with particular emphasis from my area of expertise, constitutional law. I was frankly concerned that parts of the proposed law that were being discussed might be unconstitutional. What I found was far worse thanwhat I had heard or expected.
To begin with, much of what has been said about the law and its implications is in fact true, despite what the Democrats and the media are saying. The law does provide for rationing of health care, particularly where senior citizens and other classes of citizens are involved, free health care for illegal immigrants, free abortion services, and probably forced participation in abortions by members of the medical profession.
The Bill will also eventually force private insurance companies out of business and put everyone into a government run system. All decisions about personal health care will ultimately be made by federal bureaucrats and most of them will not be health care professionals.
Hospital admissions, payments to physicians, and allocations of necessary medical devices will be strictly controlled.
However, as scary as all of that it, it just scratches the surface. In fact, I have concluded that this legislation really has no intention of providing affordable health care choices. Instead it is a
convenient cover for the most massive transfer of power to the Executive Branch of government that has ever occurred, or even been contemplated. If this law or a similar one is adopted, major portions of the Constitution of the United States will effectively have been destroyed. The first thing to go will be the masterfully crafted balance of power between the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches of the U.S. Government. The Congress will be transferring to the Obama Administration authority in a number of different areas over the lives of the American people and the businesses they own. The irony is that the Congress doesn’t have any authority to legislate in most of those areas to begin with. I defy anyone to read the text of the U.S. Consti tution and find any authority granted to the members of Congress to regulate healthcare.
This legislation also provides for access by the appointees of the Obama administration of all of your personal healthcare information, your personal financial information, and the information of your employer, physician, and hospital. All of this is a direct violation of the specific provisions of the 4th Amendment to the Constitution protecting against unreasonable searches and seizures.
You can also forget about the right to privacy. That will have been legislated into oblivion regardless of what the 3rd and 4th Amendments may provide. If you decide not to have healthcare insurance or if you have private insurance that is not deemed “acceptable” to the “Health Choices Administrator” appointed by Obama there will be a tax imposed on you.It is called a “tax” instead of a fine because of the intent to avoid application of the due process clause of the 5th Amendment.However, that doesn’t work because since there is nothing in the law that allows you to contest or appeal the imposition of the tax, it is definitely depriving someone of property without the “due process of law. So, there are three of those pesky amendments that the far left hate somuch out the original ten in the Bill of Rights that are effectively nullified by this law. It doesn’t stop there though. The 9th Amendment that provides: “The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the
people;” The 10th Amendment states: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are preserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” Under the provisions of this piece of Congressional handiwork neither the people nor the states are going to have any rights or powers at all in many areas that once were theirs to control. I could write many more pages about this legislation, but I think you get the idea. This is not about health care; it is about seizing power and limiting rights. Article 6 of the Constitution requires the members of both houses of Congress to “be bound by oath or affirmation” to support the Constitution. If I was a member of Congress I would not be able to vote for this legislation or anything like it without feeling I was violating that sacred oath or affirmation. If I voted for it anyway I would hope the American people would hold me accountable. For those who might doubt the nature of this threat I suggest they consult the source.
