Fighting the Good Fight

I encourage you all to write Glenn Beck and let him know you appreciate his efforts and are solidly behind him to keep us informed about the evil taking place in Washington because you know as well as I do we wouldn’t know half the stuff we do if it wasn’t for Glenn Beck. His efforts stir up our spirits and get us off the couch to get involved like never before seen in America. This is what I wrote to him.

Dr. Mr.Beck,
I truly appreciate what you are doing not only for your own family but all of us as well. I also know you are being attacked by the evil men/women from the left and right. I want to encourage you to keep fighting the good fight and don’t let up on these people because if you do we will also. The real fact is this, the majority of us are sheep that must have a shepherd and you are it. Unfortunately, the cowards behind the pulpits will not lead the charge but only mention some of these things in the safe confines of the building. Many of them have convinced themselves they can pray to get accomplished what must be accomplished. And although I for one do appreciate their prayers, praying alone will not get it done. They must realize as we now do that without putting that prayer and faith on their legs and getting out there on a limb it will accomplish little. As it now stands these preachers, pastors and other ministers are playing the role of a hireling only. I know you tire and maybe even worry for your safety and that of your family but know this there are many of us spirit-filled Christians holding you up in prayer with supplication. I don’t know if you are aware of the spiritual impact of what you are doing will in the end have, but according to my bible it will be great. I suspect you do know some of it because of your asking us to pray for our country. God bless you Mr. Beck and keep it up. 1 Corinthians 15:19 If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable. After all, when everything is done and the dust is settled; James 4:14 Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away. I guess what I am trying to tell you is we are here so short a time as compared to what lies ahead for an eternity.
