Houston to become a little less Sanctuary City

Though I do realize this is a teeny tiny baby step for Houston….it is a significant step in the right direction. Deporting an additional 3,000 or more criminal illegal aliens every year will help reduce crime tremendously and lead to a better life for all Houston residents. Little Victories do add up.

This effort has been spear headed by Congressman Ted Poe over the last four years and he deserves the large majority credit for getting this 287g program done….now of course you all know (because I have mentioned it before) that my Senator Dan Patrick passed a bill (SB 2584 ) this session to assist this 287g program, but it died in the partisan House….but adding to the pressure to get something done. And law enforcement activists all over the county…made their mark here as well.

Now there are those who would say the credit belongs to the murderers of local police officers and the murderers of young mothers in parking lots trying to protect their babies…and to those parents who speak up now when their children get crashed into or killed by “No Gottas” (no license, insurance, registration). Keep it up in your area….Dallas, Ft. Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Waco, Denver-CO…others This needs to be done state wide until we can live peacefully again with all the residents of our state.

Thanks to Susan Carroll who has been a bulldog on this issue. She understands….”it’s about the crime, stupid…!’.

PS: Monica Ramos and Family are now living just outside of Houston…but don’t ask her about “Swine” flu.
Thank you
