Many of the applications deal directly with the issues raised in that they would allow the people to decide on these issues rather than just the Congress. As to the lawsuits mentioned the federal government admitted formally and officially before the Supreme Court that a convention call was peremptory, based solely on a simple numeric count of applying states with no other terms or conditions and that to refuse to call as Congress is doing now is a criminal violation of the oath of office of the members of Congress. All that does is put more burden on the tax payer. The tax payer is neither moraly or legally required to provide healthcare for anyone other than themselves.
