Take a good look at the above picture. The mother is clearly in a state of pain, both mentally and physically. This is because her infant son is dead. Killed by a drunk illegal alien who’s vehicle collided with his mothers while she was seven months pregnant with him.Share on Facebook
The untold story of the Obama Administration’s widely reported, $335 million discrimination settlement with Countrywide Financial Corporation is that, under a secret Justice Department program, a chunk of the money won’t go to the “victims” but rather leftist groups not connected to the lawsuit.
The Department of Justice (DOJ) will determine which “qualified organizations” get leftover settlement cash and Democrat-tied groups like the scandal-plagued Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) and the open-borders National Council of La Raza (NCLR) stand to get large sums based on the hastily arranged deal which got court approval in just a few days.

Pacific Steel in Berkeley, Calif. is laying off 200 illegal-alien workers who weren’t able to provide valid documents after an audit conducted by the Department of Homeland Security. Earlier this year, Immigration and Customs Enforcement requested the company’s I-9 files and found that the paperwork for 200 workers, approximately one-third of the company’s total workforce, didn’t match up.Share on Facebook
(CNSNews.com) – U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), a division of the Department of Homeland Security, has spent about $9.8 million to store $44 million in steel that it bought but did not use to build fence along the U.S,-Mexico border, according to a report from the DHS Inspector General.Share on Facebook
Authorities searching adjacent ranchland for the shooter found David Guerrero Navarro hunting Monday with an assault rifle north of Harwell Middle School on the northern outskirts of Edinburg. The charge is not directly related to the shootings as investigators say Navarro lacked permission to hunt on the property, and the suspect is in the country illegally. He remains jailed because of his immigration status, and it’s unknown whether he had an attorney.

Family Requests Government Officials to Accept Responsibility; “Criminal Liability” Appropriate If Laws Broken During “Fast and Furious” Scandal
PHOENIX, Dec. 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — One day before the one-year anniversary of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry’s December 15, 2010 murder, his family has issued the statement below. Renowned Arizona attorney Patrick J. McGroder is availab…

If guns kill people then the ATF sent the murderer to kill border agent Brian A. Terry. During a CBS news story one of the agents who works for the ATF told how they took guns and made sure they made their way to the Mexican drug cartels so they could trace them in hopes of bringing down a cartel, it is called walking the guns and it has deadly results. This time they walked at least one of the guns used to murder Officer Terry straight into the murders hands and might as well have pulled the trigger.
It is not bad enough that the officer who died was required to fend off real bullets with bean bag or rubber bullets, but then to find out that the gun battle he was in was set up by our own government and that they even denied it till video and documents telling the amount of people killed surfaced it truly makes you wonder who is looking out for us, who is handing weapons to our would be assassins? The rancher killed in Arizona was he killed with one of our guns, was it documented in their twisted little experiment? The man gunned down while out jet skiing with his wife was that another one of our guns, another one of their experiments?
These people tried their best to say that the gun used to kill our border patrol agent was from Texas, Texas ATF perhaps, maybe they were only partially lying. The drug cartels who are taking over ranches along the border, running people out of homes that have been in their families for hundreds of years did we arm them too, are we supplying the weapons and ammo to kill us, according to the ATF agent we are and there is enough of our guns and ammo out there that they can continue killing for years to come. Sufficient to say we have a rouge agency in our government who is supplying murderers the means in which to kill citizens.
Angry, disgusted, distrustful, hurt and disillusioned is a lot of what I am feeling right now and that was not my husband, father, son or brother. I can’t even begin to imagine what his family must be feeling after his death learning that he was not allowed to defend his self properly, but to then find out that our very own government agency supplied the weapon and ammo I am sure like the rest of us they feel betrayed.
Dale Murden with Rio Farms Inc. says the violence on Texas border farms and ranches is getting progressively worse, and says the federal government really doesn’t understand the magnitude of the issue. Murden describes border violence as terrorism in the United State, and says it’s becoming an issue of national homeland and food security.
Violence along the Texas/Mexico border has escalated to the point of a war. Texas Ranger Staff Lieutenant Arthur Barrera works in the Rio Grande Valley Joint Operations Intelligence Center where they work with field officers to apprehend illegal immigrants and criminals along the border. Barrera is the first to admit, Texas is at war, and the state must receive more federal assistance to protect its borders and citizens.
Duda Farms Operations Manager Cliff Chambers describes the fear he and other farm workers feel on a daily basis. Chambers says it’s almost become a daily occurrence to witness criminal activity and illegal immigrants dressed in fatigues occupying Texas farmland. Listen as he describes feeling like a prisoner on his own property.
In Texas, nearly 8,200 farms and ranches back up to the Mexican border.
The men and women who live and work on those properties say they’re under attack from the same drug cartels blamed for thousands of murders in Mexico.
“It’s a war, make no mistake about it,” Texas Agriculture Commissioner Todd Staples said. “And it’s happening on American soil.”
Texas farmers and ranchers produce more cotton and more cattle than any other state, so Staples is concerned this war could eventually impact our food supply, and calls it a threat to our national security.
“Farmers and ranchers are being run off their own property by armed terrorists showing up and telling them they have to leave their land,” Staples said.
On Saturday night the life of a seventh-grade science teacher, wife and mother of two, was cut short by an alleged drunk driver.
Connie McKay, 45, of Lufkin, died Saturday night after Leobardo Nieves, 20, crashed into her Toyota Scion, reportedly running the stop light at the intersection of Lotus Lane and South John Redditt Drive around 9:30 p.m, Lufkin Police said. McKay’s young passenger was taken to Memorial Medical Center-Lufkin, where she was reportedly in stable condition Sunday.
Nieves is being charged with one count of intoxication manslaughter and one count of intoxication assault, according to jail records. He remained in the Angelina County Jail Monday morning on a hold through immigration services.
Two men accused of beating a teenager and blaming it on white oppression were charged Tuesday with a hate crime and first-degree robbery.
Prosecutors allege Ahmed Mohamed, who is black, and Jonathan Baquiring, who is Asian, had blood on them when an officer stopped them shortly after the May 25 attack.
‘Hate crime’ charges
filed over heinous attack
But author says case remains under radar because victim white
It’s a criminal case whose victim bears the scars of a particularly heinous brutality – and whose motivation recalls the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr. murders that outraged the nation.
But because it “fails to fit a preapproved script, you probably haven’t even heard about it,” says Erik Rush, author of a controversial new book on racial politics and manipulation.
“Were this a white-on-black hate crime,” said Rush, “there is no escaping the fact that it would be national news for months, and every prominent black career civil rights activist in America would be calling for the death penalty.”
The crime in question: Sixteen-year-old Shane McClellan walked from a friend’s place to his West Seattle home. At 2 a.m., McClellan says two men asked him for a lighter. The men robbed him, beat him and “forced him up the stairs to a dead end and held him against his will for several hours,” reports the Seattle Post Intelligencer.
“During this time,” Det. Suzanne Moore wrote in a probable-cause document, “they beat him with their hands and feet, whipped him with his own belt, burned him with a lit cigarette, poured energy beer on him and urinated on him.”
The report, which recounted the injuries to McClellan’s face, ears, head, back and teeth, noted his alleged assailants – Ahmed Mohamed, who’s black, and Jonathan Baquiring, who’s Asian – taunted him with racial remarks during the attack.
Mohamed and Baquiring, reports Seattle’s KOMO News, held him at gunpoint and, “stripped off McClellan’s belt and started whipping his back.”
“They said, ‘This is for what your people did to our people.’ They were like whipping me with my belt, my studded belt,” KOMO News reported McClellan as saying.
The incident occurred May 25 but only made headlines after recent police arrests, charging Mohamed and Baquiring with a hate crime. Even still, media coverage remains limited mostly to Seattle, something Rush said he finds “both baffling and revealing.”
Rush is the author of the new WND Books title, “Negrophilia: From Slave Block to Pedestal – America’s Racial Obsession.” NewsBlaze’s Claudia Strasbaugh recently recommended the book as, “worth every penny – love it or hate it, this is a book you won’t forget.”
“Certainly, this crime is no more or less heinous than would be a white-on-black hate crime,” said Rush, who was the first to expose nationally the anti-American sermons of President Obama’s longtime pastor, the Rev. Jeremiah Wright. “But I am interested to see what the judicial system in liberal Seattle and the establishment press make of this. So far, the latter has said next to nothing.”
As Rush recently said in an interview with Family Security Matters, “The Left has pretty much got the reins on the press, and a lot of the news bureau chiefs and the journalists are likeminded people who went to a lot of the same universities, they were schooled in hard Left journalism. They really have lost that concern for what the truth is.”
That “bent makes them highly susceptible to negrophilia,” he explained. Race-baiters’ unseen tool is “negrophilia,” says Rush, “an undue and inordinate affinity for blacks,” combined with the “reflexive demonization of whites as inherently wicked.” It’s rooted in leftist tactics of division and aimed at advancing policies that keep blacks “obedient,” whites “silent” and “political control” secure.
“Propped up by the press, this manipulation seeps into society in ways we scarcely detect until we don’t hear about crimes like this,” Rush added.
Rush said he wasn’t surprised at the language of avenging slavery that the black and Asian alleged assailants reportedly spouted. In a recent interview with Capitol Weekly, Rush explained how negrophilia is colorblind in who it afflicts.
“In addition to fostering an erroneous perception of whites by black and blacks by whites, it’s also expanded into less than healthy and constructive relationships between blacks and whites and other ethnic groups,” he said.
Adding intrigue to the attack, police initially questioned and released Mohamed and Baquiring after McClellan reported the crime. The Seattle Times reported that the officer who took the report visited the scene and found blood, beer cans and fresh cigarette butts. Shortly after leaving the scene, he spotted two men fitting the victim’s description and trying to hide an open container.
“When he stopped to talk to the two men,” the Seattle Times reported, “he noted they had dried blood on their hands and were drinking the same brand of energy beer and smoking the same brand of cigarettes he’d found earlier.”
He told his supervisor, but it “was decided that he should get good contact information on the two but not take them into custody.” He did take DNA swabs from the blood on both men’s hands, and it proved to match McClellan’s.
To Rush, the hesitancy to pursue cases with white victims and black assailants too closely mirrors the shocking sworn testimony of a Department of Justice official earlier this year and the role this alleged policy played in documented voter intimidation by members of the New Black Panther Party at a Philadelphia polling place in 2008.
“Hopefully,” said Rush, “this case can be equitably adjudicated in Washington state, because it is a matter of public record that the Obama Justice Department has a directive to dismiss black-on-white civil rights violations.”

SAN JUAN —Police reunited a teenage woman with her family Monday afternoon, nearly 19 hours after she was abducted, blindfolded and dumped in a Reynosa field.
A hearing to set the execution date for death row inmate Humberto Leal Jr. was postponed this week after the judge overseeing the case received a last-minute letter from a high-ranking U.S. State Department official.
Illegals (excuse me… “displaced foreign travelers” )…obviously are not “Subject to the jurisdiction thereof….”
But Harold Hongju Koh, a top legal adviser to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, asked Herr for an indefinite postponement as Congress works on legislation that could affect Leal’s case.

A pair of illegal immigrants raped a 14-year-old Texas girl at July 4th party in Texas, where the teen was later found sitting naked in a bathtub, police said.
The victim told police that she went to an Independence Day party with her cousin in Horseshoe Bay, Tex., about 40 miles northwest of Austin, where she was left in a room with Anibal Escobar, 19, and Anael Martinez, 22, MyFoxAustin reported.
