Bail out

The revolution has begun.

The revolution has begun.
Carolyn Hileman

For those big Obama supporters I have some bad news, you know those tea parties you really were not fond of last week, guess what… Yep, that is right there will be even more as people are finding their collective voices all over the great United States of America. I know you don’t like it because it makes it appear that the chosen one isn’t as chosen as he once was, but hey those are the breaks. To be honest with you I think that the silent majority has been beaten down, insulted and just afraid to open their mouths, but not any more. The silent majority has found their voice and they refuse to be silent any more. Spurred on by the fact that the Obama administration and congress, essentially told them to sit down and shut up as they emailed and called day and night to voice their opposition to the 798billion dollar stimulus bill, they have become very stimulated and are taking their stimulation to the street.

To say that I am not proud of my fellow Americans would be an outright lie; this is what government should look like, the people demanding to be in charge of their destiny. We did not become the greatest country in the world by being silent and we will not remain the greatest country in the world if we do not stand up for it. For those of you looking to join or start a tea party WND have set up a page for you to plan and organize at:

http://forums.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=343

The people said NO, the people are saying repeal the stimulus bill and NO MORE BAILOUTS, considering it is their unborn grand children who will be shouldering the debt caused by this bill and the various pay outs like the, what is it now the third pay out to AIG. These people grew up in a country where if you made it, it was by your own sweat and blood not by hand outs by the government, where if you did not know what you were doing you would go under, and make way for those who did.

This is America, not Mexico, where everything is subsidized; we have already given these banks, and companies our money in the form of either banking with them or buying from them. We refuse to pay so that people can work, the big three if they want to stay the big three need to make something people will buy, and stop pricing them at the rate that you can buy a home with two baths in it. A little common sense on their part and this mess would be over but no, we must make cars to Congresses wishes, guess what Congress are not the people who are buying those cars. And we refuse to carry the weight of a bail out so that congress can have cars built the way they want. Thousands hit the streets last week to protest and I have every reason to believe that number will grow, people are tired, people remember when we wanted help when the gas prices were so high and the democrats went on vacation, people want their lives back, they want their country back, so yeah, the revolution has begun.

My Mom always told me to be careful who I hung out with because people will assume you are just like the people you hang around. Now that I am older I understand exactly what she was talking about and I really think it might have helped if Obama’s mother had mentioned that to him. Al Franken is the latest democrat and friend of Obama’s to have tax problems so yeah I suppose Nancy was right for once we are living in a corrupt era, of course she would know. Let’s get something straight here shall we, in light of all these democrats who we have found out have not bothered to pay their taxes I believe a full investigation is in order of all democrats and their tax situations, before they ask us for one more penny.

At the rate they are going they could possibly just pay all the back taxes they owe and cover that stimulus bill for us. Now, forgive me I am just curious is it only the democrats that get a free pass on their taxes and please do not say they don’t because if it had you or I who owed any taxes you can bet your left leg they would have frozen our checking and savings account put a lien on our homes and everything in them, but some how these people have gotten away with owing hundreds of thousands in BACK taxes and no one did or said anything until they were picked by Obama. Think about that one for a moment, and even after it was made public they just paid those back taxes and walked away from it all, excuse me but what about that we are all created equal crap.

I am not feeling the love, the hope but I am feeling the change alright we have changed from an administration they had to falsify charges against to one who openly airs their crimes, thumbs their noses at us and says so what. Take for instance the election; all who believe it was a fair election raise your hand. Hello, we had acorn running the show even after they were under investigation for voter fraud and now guess what the largest portion of that stimulus bill is going to them. Oh yeah, you heard that right the community organizing group that managed to register Daffy Duck is going to be getting the bulk of that stimulus bill and I am sorry but I smell PAY OFF…

These people should still be under investigation, there is no ongoing investigation it has been swept under the rug, the election should not have been held until these people were completely investigated, but nope we did not bother with that and you do not hear anything else about it, kind of reminds me of those videos that showed Obama in a bad light that kept disappearing from YouTube, can you spell censorship? Not only are they not going to face charges, or be investigated our tax dollars are going to PAY them OFF. If you do not want your hard earned money going to pay off voter fraud might I suggest you call these numbers day and night US Capitol toll free 877-851-6437 or 866-220-0044
866-340-9281 or 800-417-7666
Fill up their voice mail, tell them no pay off for acorn and investigate the voter fraud NOW. These numbers are toll free; you can ask to speak to any one of them and do not just stop with yours because when they are all taking our money they all work for us. We have a choice here people we can sit by silently while these people run rough shod over our rights and add a major tax burden on us or we can decide enough already and fight back. I say we have just begun to fight.

Housing Push for Hispanics Spawns Wave of Foreclosures

California Rep. Joe Baca has long pushed legislation he said would “open the doors to the American Dream” for first-time home buyers in his largely Hispanic district. For many of them, those doors have slammed shut, quickly and painfully. Mortgage lenders flooded Mr. Baca’s San Bernardino, Calif., district with loans that often didn’t require down payments, solid credit ratings or documentation of employment. Now, many of the Hispanics who became homeowners find themselves mired in the national housing mess. Nearly 9,200 families in his district have lost their homes to foreclosure. For years, immigrants to the U.S. have viewed buying a home as the ultimate benchmark of success. Between 2000 and 2007, as the Hispanic population increased, Hispanic homeownership grew even faster, increasing by 47%, to 6.1 million from 4.1 million, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. Over that same period, homeownership nationally grew by 8%. In 2005 alone, mortgages to Hispanics jumped by 29%, with expensive nonprime mortgages soaring 169%, according to the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council. Share on Facebook

GMAC receives $5B in bailout funds

The government says it will provide $5 billion to the GMAC Financial Services, the funding arm of General Motors Corp., from the $700 billion bank rescue program.

The government says it will provide $5 billion to the GMAC Financial Services, the funding arm of General Motors Corp., from the $700 billion bank rescue program.

The Treasury Department also says it will lend up to $1 billion to General Motors so that it can participate in a debt for equity swap with GMAC, which is seeking to raise additional capital. The loan is in addition to the financial assistance the government announced Dec. 19 for GM and Chrysler LLC.
