Lone Protester-Our American Aristocracy
Lone Protester-Our American Aristocracy
07/06/09
I do not know about the average America citizen out there but I am sick and tired of our aristocracy in Washington not listening to us when we tell them that we do not want amnesty for criminal lawbreakers, now and forever. We have told them this on a number of occasions starting in 2006. What we want and have been demanding since then is #1-we want our border closed off, and #2- we want every criminal illegal alien in this country deported back to their home countries. And we will accept nothing less. Is there something in the air or water in Washington that prevents the aristocracy from understanding what their subjects are demanding? Or is that what we want doesn’t matter when your ego and your politics stand in the way?
Michael Savage said something a couple of years ago that perfectly explains the disconnect between We the People and Washington. He said that 28 illegal aliens were outside his studio protesting because of something he said over the air and at the same 280 million Americans were demanding that our border be closed, but who is our government listening to? When the voices of 280 million Americans are silenced by a few hundred inflated egos then it is time for change we can most definitely believe in. When the death knell for a constitutional republic is sounded in favor of keeping one political party in office forever then it is time to put the leaders in jail because they are traitors to the American people and the US Constitution and everything that we hold dear.
We surround these egotistical bastards and they continue to pretend that all is okay in their safe and secure world. Their egos are the size of the moon but it will only take one small pinprick and a set of handcuffs and they will be brought back into the real world quick. The world they force us to live in, where the rule of law is enforced only when it becomes convenient to a certain segment of the population. Their egos have brought this country to the edge of destruction. They have ruined our financial system and now claim to fix it. They have allowed 38 million criminals to invade us and their response is a continuing series of parodies known as comprehensive immigration reform. They are in the process of destroying our health care system in order to save it. Our schools and education system have gone to hell thanks to them. The list of crimes against the American people is endless with new ones being hatched daily.
Do we even have an FBI anymore. You remember, the organization that was created to bring criminals to justice. What are they doing these days instead of protecting the American people? Arresting criminal employers? Nope, they are probably compiling all the intelligence their agents have generated in the past few days on the thousands of tea parties going on everywhere. They are probably getting ready to come out with a new list of domestic terrorists and right wing extremists with millions of additional names of Americans on it. Their silence on the massive corruption occurring in our government speaks volumes about their willingness to uphold the rule of law and defend the American people.
Your arrogance and your egos are going to be your downfall. Instead of a trip on Pelosi Air to the land of eternal make believe you are going to take a short hop on Conair to Leavenworth courtesy of 280 million Americans. The handwriting is on the wall, in English because that is our language, but you can’t read it because you got your blinders on. You continue down the path you are on because of your arrogance but you are succeeding in awakening the American spirit and our anger. You think that you are going to shovel something down our throats whether we like it or not but you are sadly mistaken.
We drew a line in the sand with you in 2006, which still stands today and 280 million American citizens will not allow it to be crossed. We demand secure borders, illegal deported, employers jailed and Americans back to work and nothing less!

Lone Protester- My Tea Party Speech Today
Lone Protester- My Tea Party Speech Today
07/03/09
Hello fellow patriots from South Carolina. My name is Terry Funderburk and I am one of those Americans called a domestic terrorist. Some of you might know me as lone protester. It is an honor to be asked to get up here and speak to you. I am up here as a spokesman for the native born construction workers of South Carolina. I am also speaking as one of the angriest people in this state. What has been done to us is criminal and I indict every politician, every mayor, every police chief and every sheriff for dereliction and abdication of their responsibilities to the citizens of this state
A prime example of what I speak of is the building across the street. On April 15th, tea party day, on my way here to listen to Governor Sanford speak about a bright future for South Carolinians, I saw my future going straight down the drain when I noticed what appeared to be illegal workers on that building site. Four years ago I had six employees in my construction business, Today I have none. Four years ago I was living the American dream and today it has turned into a nightmare.
My son was born in West Germany in 1981 yet he was an American citizen from the first moment. He never petitioned the German government for assistance and he never demanded German citizenship. My wife and youngest daughter are legal immigrants from the Philippine Islands. It took two years and thousands dollars to get them here legally and in the meantime 3 million illegal aliens just up and strolled across our southern border without a worry in the world about filling out the first page of immigration paperwork.
In two weeks time I have a special anniversary coming up. Two years ago on July 16th 2007 my protest sign was rudely snatched out of my hands by one of Columbia’s finest. And what was my offense? Calling an admitted employer of illegal aliens exactly what he presented himself to be to me. ‘A cheap bastard’. For that grave offense to humanity I was taken at ninety miles an hour to the Richland County Detention Center and processed into the criminal justice system. I was mug shot, fingerprinted and spent 22 hours in jail for calling somebody exactly what he was.
I have found out that in the state of South Carolina justice is not blind. In this state justice is simply determined by the size of your bank account and if you think different then you are wrong. You might think that your First Amendment right to free speech is protected in this state and you would be wrong again. You might think that your right to a quick and speedy trial is guaranteed in South Carolina and once again, you are wrong! I have found out from personal experience, that in this state, if you try to speak out against corruption in the construction industry then the full force of our criminal justice system will come down on you like a ton of bricks. In South Carolina the more money you got the more justice you get.
At my arraignment I demanded a trial by jury and it took nine months and 6 court appearances before it happened. I went through threat after threat from the prosecutor who exceeded the limits of his office on several occasions. Finally, the sixth time proved the charm. My trial started after the judge gave the jury a politically correct speech about my case having nothing to do with illegal immigration. It lasted for an hour and was a learning experience for me. Every time the prosecutor brought up the word illegal the judge would shut him up quick. Thank God when it finally ended.
The jury went out and within 30 minutes came back in with a not guilty verdict. After 9 months and 6 court tries a jury of my peers most definitely saw the truth with no spin to it. From that point I thought my experiences with the criminal justice system was over. I was wrong by a long shot. It took another 9 months to get a copy of my trial transcripts from the clerk of court. A few months ago my lawyer filed suit in 5th Judicial Circuit Court here in Columbia. The defendants are the city of Columbia, Richland County, the police department and the criminal employer that I protested. I am claiming that they conspired together to deprive me of my constitutionally guaranteed rights. The charges are malicious prosecution, abuse of the judicial process, assault and battery, false arrest and imprisonment, civil conspiracy and violation of my rights.
But I am not stupid. How can I get justice when the same legal system that tried to shut me up for speaking the truth must decide if they will allow themselves to be put on trial. How can I expect a court to decide to prosecute itself? One way or another, I demand that they make a decision in my case or get the hell out of the way because it is a long path to the US Supreme Court.
Today my business of 22 years is gone thanks to a bunch of jerks in charge who never have to worry about their jobs and businesses being stolen by criminals. My American dream is a nightmare, I myself am listed as a domestic terrorist, criminals steal my business and I in turn become a criminal. Tell me, does this sound like America? Does this sound like a country that is going to celebrate its 233rd birthday tomorrow? Last week I got an email from a friend in North Carolina. He is closing his drywall business of 45 years because of the same problem I experienced here. A business his father started in 1964 is no more because he has the same type of spineless leaders who refuse to enforce the laws much like we have here.
The day after I got out of jail I wrote about what happened to me. My son had taken pictures of my protest sign being ripped out of my hands and being arrested. I put them together and put it out all over the internet. In two weeks I probably received over 10 thousand emails from Americans everywhere who had read my story. I started documenting my case and letting the American people know what was happening. Every time I was in court 15 to 20 supporters were there beside me. They watched the travesty of justice unfold like I did. Kendra Linkowski, Winthrop Spofford, Patricia Wheat, Mr and Mrs Gebroski, Odess Brinkman and others, I love you like brothers and sisters. You have my undying gratitude for the support that you gave me. You are American patriots and I am proud to have you by my side.
I was interviewed by the State newspaper 6 weeks after getting out of jail. The conclusions that the reporter came to was that I was a racist and had no state license. I was listed as a racist by that liberal rag because I told the reporter that 75% of the Hispanic workers in construction around Columbia were here illegally. Curiously enough that same night I participated on a radio show that had another guest that had been married to a Mexican coyote for 15 years. Ten years ago they bought a used trailways bus and once every 10 days they would drive from here all the Way to New Mexico, cross the border there, pick up about 80 illegal aliens and bring them back to the southeastern United States. They did once every 10 days for 10 years. Do the math. They brought over 42 thousand illegal aliens into this part of South Carolina. Just two individuals. She told me that the correct percentages of illegal alien Hispanics in construction around Columbia was closer to 99% because they had brought most of them here. I told that reporter and her editor afterwards that the only use for their newspaper I would have anymore was in my bathroom when I run out of tissue paper.
I could never be a politician in South Carolina because one major requirement is that you have the ability to speak out of both sides of your mouth at the same time. Last year, in this building behind me, our legislators passed laws that Governor Sanford signed. Those laws were designed to protect South Carolinians like myself in the workplace. Those laws were a sham. They were designed to make us think that they would be effective but in reality they had no teeth. In the year that the first part of them became law not one company or individual has been charged with employing illegal workers. On July 1st of this year the second part of those laws became effective and if the last few years has taught me anything about the enforcement of immigration laws, they will be ignored also.
Tomorrow is the 4th of July, Independence Day and we need to start taking this state back for its rightful owners. We need to get rid of the ash and trash and put this state back on the road to prosperity. We need to put the citizens of this state back to work and the criminals in jail. We need to give every cop in this state the right to arrest anybody that chooses to go outside the law and employ illegal workers. We need to get rid of every mayor and police chief and sheriff that likes to pick and choose what laws they will enforce. They will arrest me for spitting on the sidewalk and a criminal employer and his illegal workers have get out of jail free cards.
Does this sound like the America I grew up in? Is this the land of the free and home of the brave? 233 years ago American patriots overthrew a tyrannical government much like the one we have now. Tomorrow is Independence Day, the 4th of July but what exactly will we be celebrating? My belief is that we are all the way back to square one. Thank you

I had the privilege of attending the Patriot Expo in Columbia, South Carolina this past weekend and I was amazed at the number of organizations that were represented. There were 26 different groups from all over the state in attendance and the speakers were Peter Koenig, Thomas Moore and Harry McKay as Patrick Henry giving his ‘Give me liberty or give me death’ speech. And it was riveting. The passion that man puts in his words is enough to awaken the patriotic spirit in any American citizen. I just wonder, is there any politician anywhere in this country that is of the caliber of Patrick Henry? Of the thousands upon thousands of politicians in this country, is there one like him? Is there anybody out there that is willing to speak up for the constitution and the American people?
Sometimes when I sit down in front of the computer the words are hard to come by, but the anger is always there. I wake up in the middle of the night and I can’t go back to sleep worrying about what else the future will bring, courtesy of my politicians. During the day I drive around the construction sites looking for work and the anger gets a little worse because there are my compadre’s from south of the border hard at work while my government forces me to fend for myself. I don’t have the right to support my family but criminals have the right to support theirs. The anger seethes just below the surface for what has been done to the people of this country without our permission.
What has been committed against us is criminal and the perpetrators should be in a prison cell instead of walking the Halls of Congress. If they were doing their jobs the FBI would have hundreds of investigations going on in Washington instead of wasting their time checking out tea parties. Most of the politicians would be scrambling for their lawyers instead of ways to rip us off. If the Supreme Court was doing its job they would be standing up for constitutional law and the American people instead of wasting their time on cases dealing with illegal alien criminals that profess ignorance when they get caught with fake documents.
I do not know about the average American citizen but I have had about all I can take from politicians that do not represent me anymore. I have had it with a bunch of crooks who can’t put their pants on in the mornings without some lobbyist hovering in the shadows, waiting to take a little bit more of our freedoms away. I have had it with politicians and their million dollar bank accounts wanting me to give up what little I have left so that the crooks can flourish. I want to see them in handcuffs and leg irons in court instead of free to finish killing this country because they deserve nothing less.
July the 4th is Independence Day, the day we declared our freedom from a government that ruled by tyranny. Very much like the one we have now. We had no rights under the British government and we have no rights under ours. It is time for a new Declaration of Independence against the most oppressive tyranny that has existed in this country since we kicked the redcoats out. Our government is rotten to the core and needs to be cleaned out like an infestation of roaches. From life time politicians to a politically correct State Department to the idiots at Homeland Security who classify Americans like me as domestic terrorists, you have most definitely worn out your welcome. Your grip on the reins of power in this country is almost over although you have not realized it yet. You continue like your crimes against America are going unrecorded but rest assured that someday you will be called to account for them because the American people will not forget.

I have been to the island of Corregidor twice. It is tadpole shaped, four kilometers long and sits in the mouth of Manila Bay. World War II veterans called it Fortress Corregidor because it was armed to the teeth. The battle that was fought for this little piece of real estate was hellacious. It was the last island in the Philippine chain to surrender to the Japanese. When you step onto that island you step back into history. Every battle position is exactly like it was the day we took in back in 1945. Huge 51 ton guns, dismounted from battleships, are still in their cradles. They were called disappearing guns because the recoil would collapse the barrel after each firing. Most of them survived the bombardment because the Japanese could not locate them. Malinta Tunnel also survived because it was inside the base of a small mountain. It was the headquarters of General MacArthur and the president of the Philippine Islands, Manuel Quezon. Everything else was destroyed in a constant five month bombing campaign. The mile long barracks, the officer’s quarters and the post theater are hollow shells now. That little island lives in the annals of military history because of the bravery of the American and Filipino soldiers that fought there. Most of their names are inscribed on plaques beside their positions.
Contrast that generation with ours. We remain a nation of fighters but our leaders would not make good wet nurses for that generation. American soldiers are in harm’s way and here are our leaders sucking up to the people killing them. In Washington we have a bunch of spineless weasels who cloak themselves in the American flag while they stab her in the back. These guys would not have survived Corregidor. They would have thrown themselves to the mercy of the Japanese who would have cut their heads off. Our World War II leaders saved the world and the present crop has bankrupted it. The World War II generation was our finest bar none. They saved the world from invasion while ours actively encourages one. Ours has pretensions of greatness while that one was the epitome of it.
The grassroots in this country are slowly forming because of this lack of responsible leadership. Last night I attended a local meeting of a 912 group in Columbia. I listened to an invited Republican candidate speak about how we need to put them back into power so they can cure all of our ills. Happiness and peace will rule throughout the land and there will be a chicken or burrito on every table. She forgets that it was under the eight year watch of her party that the destruction of our values accelerated. The people in that group are for limited government, enforcement of our laws and a return to the tenets that made this nation great. Her party lost power simply because they would not understand that.
These groups are forming because we have given up on our conservative leaders. They betray us and expect us to follow them. They speak one way and their actions another. And we are tired of them. I predict that in the 2010 election cycle a lot of new conservative candidates are going to come from these grassroots organizations. I see the evidence in the 912 group I belong to. These guys are fighters and are mad as hell at what is being done to this country and they are coming together everywhere. Our politicians ignore them at their own peril. They want to continue the status quo while we will accept nothing less than a return to the values of our founding fathers. We demand greatness and they espouse mediocrity. We want a bright shining future like our World War II veterans guaranteed and not just hollow words from politicians that do not have a clue.

I recently took my wife to get her passport renewed at the Philippine Embassy in Washington, DC. Even though we could not afford it the trip was well worth the cost because of the history we saw. At the memorial to the US Marines of Iwo Jima is an inscription, it reads “Uncommon valor was a common virtue”. Just the thought of what these brave Americans experienced humbled me. The statue of those six Marines raising the Stars and Stripes on Mount Suribachi pays tribute and honor to the sacrifice of a generation of Americans that is sadly missed today. They went into combat knowing that the American people and our government were solidly behind them.
Today we live in a different America. Instead of a country that values freedom and liberty and justice we live in a nation that has forsaken those ideals. We live in a nation where you will be put on a watch list if you speak out against the oppression. Free speech is dying along with the World War II generation because most Americans today have been cowed into silence. Instead of a government that stands up for the freedom of American citizens and the rule of law we have politicians that actively encourage millions of illegal aliens to invade our shores.
Instead of reading about the sacrifices of millions of this country’s finest, our newspapers elect to print the sob stories of people that do not have any idea of what it is to be an American. Instead of speaking the truth our newspapers decide what their version of the truth is. Is it any wonder that they are going bankrupt? Twenty five million Americans are out of work and our politicians scheme to give amnesty to criminals that have stolen our jobs and businesses. Is this what those Marines on Iwo Jima died for? Did we invade Normandy in 1944 so that sixty five years later we could in turn be invaded? Where are the heroes of today that will protect the American people?
I attended the tea party at the Statehouse in Columbia, SC in April. Across the street was a construction site where illegal aliens were hard at work. While I listened to Governor Mark Sanford speak glowing words of my state’s future, I turned my head and looked across the street and saw my future going straight down the drain. My politicians are liars, they do not represent average citizens like me, they represent whatever will keep them in office. The politicians of South Carolina have forsaken the construction workers of this state. The evidence is staring them in the face right across the street. I have not had any work in three weeks to support my family yet my politicians have no problem with criminals working next door to them. While my family is forced to go without, these criminals and the businesses employing them have the full support of my leaders and justice system.
Is this the America that my forefathers died to create? Did those Americans on Normandy and Iwo Jima sacrifice everything so that freedom and liberty can be stolen from me by my politicians and bestowed onto criminals? Did they die so that corrupt leaders might remain in office in perpetuity? I do not think so.
Free speech is being assaulted today by the same people that are supposed to protect it. The Department of Homeland Security classifies American patriots as domestic terrorists while millions of invaders are allowed to steal into our country. Instead of protecting the homeland this organization has become something monstrous like out of Nazi Germany. Today our freedoms are in more danger than at any time in the past. We have permitted our leaders to bankrupt this country without a whimper from us. Sixty five years after the greatest generation gave their all America has become a pale shadow of itself.

Lone Protester- A Shot for Freedom in South Carolina
Lone Protester- A Shot for Freedom in South Carolina
I received some news this past week that has put a smile on my face that will not go away. My lawyer, Rich Bolen of Lexington, SC ( shades of the first Lexington) filed a lawsuit in the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court. This time around yours truly is not the defendant. The defendants are Larry McDaniel, the man that lied about hiring a company that employs illegal aliens. Police Officer Gregory James, the law enforcement official that took me to jail while ignoring all the crooks hard at work on the job site that I protested. The city of Columbia, South Carolina and Richland County are also defendants because of their willful acts in trying to shut me up.
These four defendants are facing a multitude of charges which include malicious prosecution for attempting to force me to plead guilty and when I refused improperly filed an additional charge against me. Abuse of process, false arrest and imprisonment, civil conspiracy, assault and battery and violation of my civil rights. Larry McDaniel and PO James, if found guilty face a fine of $2000 dollars and/or five years in prison. Richland County and Columbia conspired with these two individuals to violate my civil rights as guaranteed under the US Constitution and the South Carolina Constitution.
I have always been a big believer in karma. Whatever you do to people, be it good or bad, will come back on you some day. That¢s why I will usually go out of my way to avoid getting into an argument with anyone. But every once in a while something happens that makes you put your foot down and say ¡to hell with this crap¢, if these guys want to treat me like a common criminal for standing up for my constitutionally guaranteed rights, then they most definitely picked the wrong guy to try to push around.
That is what I was thinking a year and a half ago, while handcuffed in the back of a police cruiser, on my way to the Richland County Detention Center to spend a glorious night in jail. At that point I had completely given up on my politicians, my government and my law enforcement agencies. Why have faith in a system that will throw you in jail for speaking out against it? Why have faith in a government that has become corrupt? Why have faith in a police department where the chief is a personal friend of the man I was protesting? Why should I have faith in any department of the American government when they are more interested in feathering their own nests than they are in our Constitution and protecting the rights of American citizens.
Why have faith in an American criminal justice system where the prosecutor is more interested in forcing me to plead guilty than he is in finding out the truth? Why have faith in a criminal justice system where the prosecutor threatens me to plead guilty or the crook that I was protesting will level another charge of cursing against me? Why have faith in a corrupt system, where the prosecutor forgets to insure that there is an adequate supply of jurors in the pool? Why have faith in a system where I am forced to go to court six different times even though I am guaranteed a quick and speedy trial?
Why have faith in any of this? Simple, it is because all of my faith was in the American people and the United States Constitution. I did not and do not have faith in my courts, police or politicians because they are the ones that have sanctioned the wrongs that have been done to this country and the American people. The First Amendment guarantees my rights to free speech no matter that I spent a night in jail exercising it and it was a night well spent. My forefathers were prepared to sacrifice their lives and the least that I could do was spend a few uncomfortable hours in jail.
Well, my faith in America, its people, and Constitution did not let me down. I was found not guilty by a jury of my peers even though the prosecutor did everything possible to threaten me into pleading guilty. My faith always rested with the American people because I knew they would see through the lies. My faith rested with the US Constitution because I knew it spoke the truth unlike my prosecutor and the man I protested for admitting to me that he employed illegal aliens. And they came through for me.
On Feb. 21st, 2008, I was found not guilty of all charges leveled against me by people that have forgotten our Constitution and what it stands for. These people were so awed by their power and the money in their bank accounts that they figured a jury would convict someone, solely on the basis of their lies and threats. They figured wrong and now it is time for them to pay the piper.

Lone protestor A Tale Of Two Interviews
In the last week I have been interviewed about my case twice. Once on August 15Th by a reporter from the State newspaper and the other was yesterday by Bill Tucker of CNN. I wanted to write this letter to show everyone the contrast between the two interviews.
Noelle Phillips of the State called me on the afternoon of the 15Th asking if she could interview me on that day. My wife and I were on our way back from US Immigration Center in Charleston, SC. She and our daughter had an appointment there for a biometric examination to upgrade their visa status (legal) so as to get their green card and for my wife to get an employer ID number so she can work (legally) after being here for 2 years.
I talked to Ms. Philips and arranged an interview at our home later that afternoon. She arrived about 3 PM and a photographer came a little later. Before any questions were asked I told her my case was about being bankrupted and run out of business by illegal competition in the construction industry here in the Columbia area. She proceeded to ask her questions and the photographer took a series of pictures of me. As soon as she walked out my door I turned to my wife and said this woman is going to do a hit piece on me. And she did.
From that day till the article came out in Sunday’s paper I had a queasy feeling in my stomach. And sure enough, what I had told my wife was true. And what I told Bill Tucker in my first interview was true also, that I considered myself a second class American citizen and that nobody in any position of power here cared about people like me- a South Carolina small businessman in the home building industry. She commenced to portraying me as a racist, a bigot, and believe it or not, tried to say I was either illegal or undocumented because I do not have a state license to do the work that I do. I tried telling her that I am a roofing subcontractor, that I only work on single family homes and that I didn’t need a state license for that. If that was true then almost every roofing company in South Carolina that does custom home shingle installation is working without a license. I checked the state laws dealing with construction and it said that if I am a subcontractor subbing work from contractors then I do not need to be licensed.
She also reported that the homeowner in question had told her that the bid I submitted to him was low, that he had checked my work out, that my work was shoddy and that was why he selected the international building company to install his copper work. Now this is a lie on the homeowners part.
One month before my protest I stopped by the home owner’s house and told him I wanted to bid on the copper. His words to me were, that international roofers had done the shingle work on his house and gotten paid four to five dollars an hour, and that if I wanted the job, then I needed to submit a low bid that was close to the one the international roofers had given him. That if my bid was too high then the copper work would go to them. In the State article the homeowner says that there are people in this world that have lost jobs to illegal immigrants but not me, that I lost the job because of poor quality and a low bid.
Well, I am stating right here, now, that the homeowner is lying, and that if he is as honest as he says, then let us both take a lie detector test about the day I gave him my bid and let that determine who is telling the truth and who is lying. He also says that my copper work is of low quality, so I have posted pictures of my copper work on my blog site and everyone reading this is invited to determine for yourselves if my work is shoddy or not. www.theloneprotester.blogspot.com. In the pictures you will also find two pictures of work I did for that same homeowner in February 2005. On that date I tore off the old copper on his bay window and replaced it. When I finished it the homeowner came outside, said it looked real good and got a smile on his face when he gave me the check for it. I had also a couple of weeks before Installed copper over his detached garage doorway. He was very happy with that also.
Reading into the State’s article Ms. Phillips says that she contacted the development company that rebuilt the house and they declined to be interviewed. The article says that I accuse the developer of hiring illegal aliens but I never said that. I never even mentioned the developers name or business. But I have done a job for that developer in the past also. And he was happy with my work at that time. In fact he called me a few months later asking that I submit bids on six town homes he was planning on building in the future. So evidently he was happy with my work also.
Now, my question is, if Ms. Phillips can interview me and check my past, then why does she say that the developer and the international builder declined to be interviewed but she doesn’t bother to do any investigation on them. If she is an objective reporter then why didn’t she investigate them? The homeowner said that the international roofers were paid four to five dollars an hour. If they were, then they were paid slave wages because roofers here average 12 to 15 dollars an hour. Shouldn’t that company be investigated for unfair business practices and for breaking federal laws under the RICO Act?
Within one mile of the house I protested are numerous jobs I have done over the past few years. I have completed probably 120 to 150 jobs in that area. And to do that many jobs in that area in the past and not have any work now tells me that the reason isn’t because of shoddy work. That roofing company and others like it is the reason I am almost bankrupt and out of business. They are permitted to stay in business and are given a free pass by the authorities and Ms Phillips. She didn’t bother to check them out. For some reason in her article she feels that just saying that they declined to be interviewed is enough. I have never seen a more biased reporter in my life. And it strengthens my feelings that I am a second class American citizen that just needs to shut up and be forced out of business by people that don’t even belong in my country and the crooks that employ them.
Now, I want to contrast that interview with the one that Bill Tucker did yesterday. When it started he said that there was a lot of difference between my statements and the homeowners. He said that the homeowner said I did shoddy work, that the bid I submitted was low and that was why the international roofers did the job. I told him that what the homeowner said was untrue and I was ready to take a lie detector about it. I also requested that he check out the pictures of my copper work and determine for himself if my work was shoddy. I gave him pictures of the work I did on that house before it burnt down. He was surprised then because he had interviewed him earlier and the homeowner had said nothing about the prior work. Bill Tucker was also surprised when I told him that I had done work for the developer before and that he asked me to bid on 6 more jobs he was building.
Bill Tucker came to interview me without any preconceived biases unlike Ms. Phillips. There is a world of difference in the professionalism between them. Bill wanted to re interview me because of the questions the reporter, homeowner and developer had raised. But he was fair to me unlike Ms Phillips. For anyone wanting to see how fair the State reporter was to me just google her name along with illegal immigration and you will get about 30,000 hits. Make your own determination as to if she had an agenda when she interviewed me. See if you can find one article where she writes on the adverse affects of illegal immigration on American lives.
One item of note, last week, a contractor called me saying he needed me to finish some work for him. This was a contractor who I have done work for in the past. A couple of months ago he asked me to measure and bid on 2 metal jobs. I did, but somebody else got the work. His call last week was about the other company not coming back to finish the job. And he had the gall to ask me to finish it for him. I asked him who did the job and he would only say that it was a company run by a blonde headed woman named Joy. He says she won’t even answer her phone or send anyone else out to finish the work so he needs me to do it.
As for me and my business, it is still heading straight downhill. And it will continue heading that way because the politicians and law enforcement will keep on treating me like a second class citizen while the crooks and illegal aliens continue to get a free pass like they are first class American citizens when in actuality they are common criminals. So do you see what happens to a small businessman when he tries to play by the rules as best as he can? He not only gets run out of business but he also gets arrested and jailed if he gripes about it. And then he gets slammed by the local liberal newspaper too.
One last question, is there any reporter in this state that has the professionalism to investigate the allegations I have made instead of concentrating totally on me? Or are all of them going to get a free pass once again?

Which would you choose?
Our little friend Marty at the one post blog who is calling the lone protestor a liar shows us some pictures that they claim are Terry’s work, Terry was kind enough to send us some of his own. I am including one from the protest and you look really close and see if the ones from Marty look like the ones from the protest or the ones that Marty sent. Then look at the differences in the roofs they don’t even bother to get pictures of Copper roofing and they want to say Terry has problems… This is nothing but a case of oh no people are listening to him.
